New look for Moodle and Portfolio systems will be introduced on the 5th<\/sup> of December. Introduction of the new look will not change current features of the Moodle or affect user or course contents.<\/strong> The Portfolio system will also be updated at the same time. Introduction of the new look and updating the portfolio system will not affect user contents.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The most significant changes in the new look of Moodle will be on the login page. Login in to the Moodle system will be located under the \u201cCome and study\u201d header text.<\/p>\n

My home \u2013 page will closely resemble the current My home \u2013 page. Changes are made to the colors of the page. A Footer menu, which will contain useful links, will be introduced to inner pages of Moodle as a new feature.<\/p>\n

Most significant change in the course pages is the relocation of the blocks (Navigation, settings, etc.) from the right side to the left side of the page.<\/p>\n

The new look of Portfolio<\/strong><\/p>\n

Portfolio\u2019s Dashboard and My Content sections will closely resemble the current versions of those sections. Changes are made to the colors of the page. A Footer of useful links similar to Moodle is also introduced to Portfolio.<\/p>\n

Most significant change in the Portfolio is auto save of edited pages in the Work Samples section. Also the new page element settings panel will open to the right side of the view.<\/p>\n
